Accolade Reaction Promotion Group and Merit Impressions Announce Merger

Calgary, Alberta – Accolade Reaction Promotion Group and Merit Impressions, two of Canada's top 10 promotional product distributors, today announced that they have agreed to the terms of a merger. The transaction, effective January 1st 2008, will combine two long standing, successful and highly regarded organizations that have been voted the Promotional Product Association of Canada's National Distributor of the Year a combined total of 7 years as well as every year since 2001. The new company will operate under the Accolade Reaction brand.

Mike Bigelow, Neil Piitz and Marc Roy welcome Jean and Peter Saunders of Merit Impressions to the Accolade Reaction management team as Vice President of Western Canadian Operations and Vice President of Business Development respectively. Both will play a significant role in managing Accolade Reaction's North American operations with a particular focus on Western Canada.
